Abstract
The article explores the theoretical and methodological bases of strategic analysis for regional development in the digital economy. It highlights strategic analysis as a core element of strategic management, assessing internal and external factors that shape regional competitiveness. The study emphasizes the role of digital transformation, data-driven decision-making, and innovative technologies in regional diversification. The proposed analytical approaches help develop forward-looking scenarios and strategic plans to support sustainable regional growth in the digital era.References
