Annotatsiya
In today’s fast-evolving digital world, traditional management approaches are increasingly falling short. Businesses now face new challenges and opportunities - that require more flexible, adaptive, and tech-savvy ways of leading people and making decisions. This study explores how modern management techniques like agile, lean, design thinking, and data-driven decision-making are being used around the world and how they might be successfully applied in emerging economies, particularly Uzbekistan. Drawing from real-life case studies and global best practices, the paper outlines how these methods can help organizations become more innovative, customer-focused, and digitally competitive.References
