Abstract

Самыми распространенными причинами осложнений во рту и непригодности несъемных конструкций считают воспалительные процессы, кариес и его осложнения (16,4–25,2 %), термические ожоги пульпы (4,3%), расцементировка опорных коронок (8–21 % всех осложнений). Эти процессы чаще развиваются в области края искусственных коронок и вызваны разрушением цементного слоя, который фиксирует несъемный протез. Одним из типичных осложнений зубного протезирования, которое нередко развивается уже в течение первого года после фиксации искусственной коронки, является оголение шейки корня зуба вследствие рецессии десны.
