Abstract

The oil and gas industry is one of the most important sectors of the global economy. This sector plays a significant role not only in energy supply but also in economic growth, job creation, and technological advancement. However, to maintain competitiveness and implement innovative approaches, it is essential to develop the innovative potential of workers in this field. This thesis examines the main directions and methods of enhancing the innovative capacity of employees in the oil and gas industry.
