TOʻQIMACHILIK KORXONALARIDA ISHLAB CHIQARISHNI BOSHQARISH SAMARADORLIGINI BAHOLASHNING NAZARIY VA METODOLOGIK ASOSLARI
Abstract
Ushbu tadqiqotda toʻqimachilik korxonalarida ishlab chiqarishni boshqarish samaradorligini baholashning nazariy asoslari va metodologik yondashuvlari tizimli tahlil qilindi. Balanced Scorecard, Data Envelopment Analysis va Analytic Hierarchy Process kabi zamonaviy baholash usullarining toʻqimachilik sanoatiga tatbiq etilish imkoniyatlari oʻrganildi. Tadqiqot natijasida samaradorlikni baholashning koʻp darajali integrallangan modeli ishlab chiqildi. Moliyaviy, operatsion, strategik va innovatsion perspektivalarni qamrab oluvchi ushbu model korxonalarning raqobatbardoshligini oshirishga xizmat qilishi isbotlandi. Tahlillar shuni koʻrsatdiki, yagona koʻrsatkichga asoslangan anʼanaviy yondashuvlar oʻrniga koʻp oʻlchovli metodikalar qoʻllanilganda baholash aniqligi sezilarli darajada oshdi.References
