Annotatsiya

O'simliklarning antioksidant tizimini aniqlash va uning yuqori darajadagi lipid peroksidlanishi antioksidant fermentlarning faolligini oshirishga olib keldi. Suvda eruvchan antioksidantlarning eng koʻp miqdori dukkakli oʻsimliklar orasida, unib chiqishning birinchi kunida 800 mkg/g, vegetatsiya davrining uchinchi kunida esa koʻproq - 620 mg/g boʻlgan. С vitamini kuchli antioksidant bo'lib, redoks reaktsiyalarida ham juda muhimdir. 7 kunlik ko'chatda boshoqli o'simliklardan arpada С vitamini hosil bo'lishi 69,8 mg /% ni tashkil qiladi. Dukkakli o'simliklarda, masalan, soyada С vitamini miqdori 7 kunlik mosh loviya ko'chatiga qaraganda ko'proq va u 48,4 mg /% ni tashkil qiladi.
