Аннотация

Mazkur maqolada mintaqaviy rivojlanish samaradorligini baholashning nazariy yondashuvlari ilmiy jihatdan umumlashtirildi. Tadqiqotda indikatorlar tizimi, kompozit indekslar, ma’lumotlar qobig‘ini tahlil qilish, stoxastik chegara modeli, ierarxiyalarni tahlil qilish, ideal yechimga yaqinlik va konvergensiya usullari qiyosiy tahlil qilindi. Ushbu yondashuvlarning metodologik asoslari, qo‘llanish shartlari va natijalarni talqin qilish imkoniyatlari tizimlashtirildi. Baholash maqsadini aniqlash, usullarni tanlash, natijalar barqarorligini tekshirish va boshqaruv qarorlariga o‘tishni bog‘lovchi konseptual sxema ishlab chiqildi. Olingan natijalar usullarni kompleks qo‘llash mintaqaviy samaradorlikni ishonchli baholash, hududiy tafovutlarni aniqlash va strategik monitoringni takomillashtirish imkonini berganini ko‘rsatdi. Taklif etilgan yondashuv hududiy siyosatni dalillarga asoslash, resurslardan samarali foydalanish va rivojlanish natijalarini izchil solishtirish uchun nazariy asos yaratdi. Mazkur metodik uyg‘unlik amaliy baholashning shaffofligi va taqqoslanuvchanligini ham kuchaytirdi.
