JAG’-JAG’ (CAPSELLA BURSA-PASTORIS L.) SUYUQ EKSTRAKTI ASOSIDA SURTMA VA GEL DORI SHAKLLARINI TAYYORLASH
Abstract
Farmatsevtika tarmog‘ining barqaror rivojlanishida mahalliy o‘simlik xomashyosidan olingan biologik faol moddalarga asoslangan yangi dori shakllarini yaratish alohida ahamiyatga ega. Ushbu tadqiqotda jag‘-jag‘ (Capsella bursa-pastoris L.) o‘simligi suyuq ekstrakti asosida qon to‘xtatuvchi va yallig‘lanishga qarshi xususiyatga ega gel hamda surtma dori shakllari ishlab chiqildi. Na-karboksimetilsellyuloza (Na-KMS) 6% konsentratsiyali gidrofil asos sifatida tanlandi. Gel va surtma tarkibida flavonoidlarning (rutin ekvivalentida) miqdori fotokolorimetrik usul bilan aniqlandi. Olingan natijalar ushbu texnologiya barqaror, takrorlanuvchan va farmakologik jihatdan istiqbolli ekanini ko‘rsatdi.References
