Annotatsiya

Ushbu maqolada sanoat korxonalarida tejamkor ishlab chiqarish (Lean Manufacturing) tizimini qoʻllash orqali raqobatbardoshlikni oshirish strategiyalari nazariy jihatdan oʻrganildi. Tadqiqot doirasida tejamkor ishlab chiqarishning asosiy tamoyillari, vositalari va ularning korxona samaradorligiga taʼsiri xalqaro ilmiy adabiyotlar tahlili asosida baholandi. Isrofgarchilik turlarini bartaraf etish, qiymat oqimini optimallashtirish va doimiy takomillashtirish (Kaizen) mexanizmlarining raqobat ustunligini shakllantirishdagi roli nazariy-metodologik aspektda asoslandi. Xalqaro tajribada tejamkor ishlab chiqarish vositalarini joriy etish natijasida ishlab chiqarish samaradorligining 15–40 foizga oshganligi aniqlandi. Olingan nazariy xulosalar rivojlanayotgan iqtisodiyotlar, jumladan Oʻzbekiston sanoat korxonalari uchun amaliy ahamiyat kasb etishi koʻrsatildi.
